We are film students at the University of Lincoln and we are starting our new production “Murder at Curtain Call” this February.
Murder at Curtain Call is a neo-noir thriller set in the 1940s. It follows an ensemble cast of characters in the events surrounding the mysterious death of a promising theatre actress. It’s got love affairs, broken promises, intrigue, double-crosses, and of course… murder.
This film is really meant to be the ultimate love letter to the Noir film and the Murder Mystery. It’s a tribute to the dark shadows and complex characters, the moral dilemmas and nail-biting suspense. It’s a vibrant, gritty, thrilling and chilling time.
